Welcome to the Opting for life and Kidney Wales Internet Web Site (the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) our Privacy Policy, and our Trademarks and Logo Usage Policy (collectively “Conditions of Use”).
