The reality is that people in the UK are dying, at a rate of 3 per day. This switch will save lives.
We know most people want to donate their organs and a move to a soft opt out system of organ donation will allow this. A system of presumed consent increases the rate of organ donation by up to 25-30% and quite simply saves lives.
